Min-Han Tan, MD

A practising oncologist and former A*STAR principal investigator, Min-Han brings 110+ peer-reviewed papers and 13 patents to JardineLabs. His landmark discovery of circulating tumour-endothelial clusters re-wrote a 50-year cancer dogma and now guides our AI-imaging programmes that detect malignancy at the earliest cellular signature. At JardineLabs he steers clinical-validation pipelines, regulatory strategy for FDA/EMA clearances, and partnerships with hospitals across ASEAN.

Sabnani A. Arjan

35-year track record of spotting disruptive tech before it becomes obvious—from seed-funding PacificNet Online in the dial-up era to scaling HelioDynamics (ASEAN Green-Tech Award 2016). Today Sabnani channels that foresight, capital network and board-level influence into JardineLabs’ flagship fund, concentrating on AI medical-imaging, precision robotics and climate-tech moon-shots that deliver outsized commercial returns and measurable planetary impact.

Chief AI Diagnostics Officer

Michelle Pek, PhD

Michelle leads our wet-lab-to-model pathway, turning ultra-sensitive ctDNA / ctRNA profiles into training datasets for computer-vision diagnostics. With a decade of oncology genomics at NUS and A*STAR, she heads a cross-functional squad of data engineers and biologists who compress months of sequencing work into minutes of GPU inference—core technology that powers our medical-imaging portfolio companies.

Jeremy Au

Harvard-MBA and ex-Monk’s Hill VC, Jeremy architects the zero-to-one journey for JardineLabs founders. He has taken three deep-tech startups from garage to Series B, two to nine-figure exits, and was twice named to Forbes 30 Under 30. Inside the incubator he owns go-to-market playbooks, fundraising sprints and investor syndicates, ensuring our robotics & sustainability ventures scale as fast as our AI models learn.
