Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

JardineLabs Pte. Ltd. (“JardineLabs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://jardinelabs.com and related sub-domains. We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors, applicants, investors and partners (“you”, “your”). This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we secure it and the rights you have under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

2. What we collect

  • Contact forms: name, e-mail, company, phone number, reason for contact and message content.
  • Application portals: CVs, academic transcripts, patent lists, pitch decks and any other files you upload.
  • Analytics: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time-stamp (via Google Analytics – anonymised where possible).

3. Legal bases of processing

  • Contract: to evaluate applications or provide requested services.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve security, prevent fraud and market similar services to existing customers.
  • Consent: for optional marketing e-mails and non-essential cookies.

4. How we use your data

  1. Respond to enquiries and schedule tours.
  2. Assess accelerator / investment applications.
  3. Send programme updates, event invitations or funding opportunities (you may opt-out at any time).
  4. Maintain internal records and meet regulatory obligations.

5. Sharing & international transfers

We never sell personal data. We may share it with:

  • Portfolio companies for partnership opportunities (with your consent).
  • Service providers (hosting, e-mail, CRM) under confidentiality agreements.
  • Regulators or law-enforcement when legally required.

Data may be stored in Singapore, the United States and the EEA. Where data leaves Singapore we rely on PDPA “Permitted Situation” exemptions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Security

We use TLS encryption, role-based access, MFA and annual penetration testing. No system is 100 % secure, but we strive to meet ISO-27001 aligned standards.

7. Retention

  • Marketing leads: 24 months after last interaction.
  • Applicants not accepted: 36 months (to match investor due-diligence cycles).
  • Portfolio founders: 7 years after exit or dissolution for accounting & legal reasons.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by e-mailing privacy@jardinelabs.sg. We will respond within 30 calendar days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Singapore PDPC or your local supervisory authority.

9. Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Changes to this Policy

We will post any material changes on this page with a new “Effective date”. Where required we will notify you by e-mail.
