Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://jardinelabs.com or any sub-domain (the “Site”), or by submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Definitions

  • “JardineLabs”, “we”, “us” means JardineLabs Pte. Ltd.
  • “Services” means accelerator programmes, incubation, lab access, funding, mentoring and related activities.
  • “Content” means all text, images, code, trademarks and other material on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

All Content is © 2025 JardineLabs Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. You may view pages on-screen and print one copy for personal reference, but you must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Content without our prior written consent.

4. User submissions & confidentiality

  1. You retain ownership of ideas, inventions or data you submit via application forms or e-mail (“User IP”).
  2. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, review and evaluate User IP solely for the purpose of considering your application or providing Services.
  3. We will treat User IP in accordance with our mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed on request, or with the confidentiality provisions stated in our programme agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • upload malicious code or engage in hacking;
  • reverse-engineer any part of the Site;
  • use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotional material;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. We do not warrant that lab descriptions, funding amounts or programme durations will remain unchanged.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, JardineLabs, its directors, employees or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any matter relating to the Site shall not exceed SGD 100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JardineLabs from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) asserted by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Third-party links & resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Such links are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ terms.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, disclaimers and limitations of liability shall survive.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
